1.

Any office bearer may resign his office by giving notice in writing to the Honorary Secretary or to the President and his resignation shall take effect from the date or its acceptance by the Governing Body.

Any office bearer who ceases to be an Ordinary Member shall be deemed to have vacated his office.

3.

If a vacancy shall occur in any office otherwise than by a flux of time, the Governing Body shall have the power to appoint any member to fill the vacancy for the remaining term.
