All members shall be entitled as of right to participate in all the activities of The Society provided that the Associate Members and the Student Members shall have no right to participate in voting or to propose, second or stand for any office of The Society.

Amendments

1.

With reference to conflict of industry on Board - it was resolved that industry can be included as members on the Board, but the representatives of industry cannot be President or Secretary.

2.

Life members from industry though enrolled as independent individual physicians or allied health scientists are not eligible to contest elections of Board Member posts.
